The Patchr Foundation is dedicated to closing the economic and gender gaps in technology by providing electronics education to all students in an inclusive, fun and creative environment.
Industry Realistic Skills
We believe that in order to set students up for success with technology education they must be exposed to industry realistic learning. This is accomplished through a combination of computer science and hardware engineering education to inspire every student to build what they've imagined.
Success Beyond School
Students are 80% more likely to graduate with a technical degree when exposed to industry realistic education in middle and high school. With over 350,000 open jobs in hardware engineering we need to expose our students to technology education so they are more prepared for the jobs of the future.
How We Support
The Patchr Foundation is dedicated to providing grants and sponsorships to K12 schools across the US to help bring industry realistic curriculum to the students that need it most. Grants are issued to schools on a quarterly basis and provide full or partial coverage to purchase curriculum and any supporting consumables.
